Here are some fixes to try when the TLC Go app not working problem arises on your Smart TV or other device:
1. TLC Go app not working on Smart TV:
To sign in to the TLC Go app on your TV, you need to use the login information for your Cable TV Provider. TLC must also be part of the cable package to which you subscribed.

Why can’t i watch TLC Go? If you are trying to access the TLC website and it is not working, make sure that you have an active internet connection. You can also try using a different browser.
In the top right of the website page, you should see the option to link your TV provider. Click or tap Link TV Provider. Select your TV provider from the list, for example, dish network, to sign in. Once complete, you should be able to watch TLC Go.
3. How to watch TLC without cable:
If you do not have cable and would like to watch TLC without a cable subscription you can use services like FuboTV, Hulu, Philo, and Sling.
