Here are some fixes to try when the TLC Go app not working problem arises on your Smart TV or other device:

1. TLC Go app not working on Smart TV:

To sign in to the TLC Go app on your TV, you need to use the login information for your Cable TV Provider. TLC must also be part of the cable package to which you subscribed.
